2006 Conservative Clubs

The 23rd Conservative Club took place in Pállfy Palace in Bratislava on September 11th, 2006. The topic of this Club was 9/11 – The World Status Five Years After. In the discussion with František Šebej, Daniel Bútora and Tomáš Zálešák, we reminded the 5th anniversary of the biggest terrorist attack against the U.S.


On November 9th, 2006, the Conservative Club took place in Pállfy Palace in Bratislava, dealing with the topic of The First Budget of Fico's Government: Is the Satisfaction OK? František Palko, the Deputy Finance Minister, Ján Oravec, the President of the Association of the Entrepreneurs of Slovakia and Peter Gonda, the CI economist, participated on the discussion at the Conservative Club on the Public Budget for the years 2007 to 2009; Robert Žitňanský, from the .týždeň weekly, moderated the discussion. The .týždeň weekly was the medial partner of the Conservative Club.
